We are looking for an Engineering Manager ERP (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin, Deutschland. The ideal candidate should have professional experience in the IT industry and be a part of the Chemieindustrie. This is a part-time position with a hybrid remote status. Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The Engineering Manager ERP will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of ERP systems
  • Designing and developing new ERP systems
  • Managing the maintenance and improvement of existing ERP systems
  • Providing technical support to users of ERP systems
  • Developing and implementing ERP system best practices
  • Analyzing user requirements and developing ERP system solutions
Required Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in developing and managing ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ERP system best practices and industry standards
